Terms and Conditions of Service Harmonia Prime Citizen Portal

Welcome, Citizen, These terms and conditions of service apply to the Harmonia Prime Website, Citizen Portal (portal.harmoniaprime.org) and its interconnected services, including the Harmonia Prime IRC Network and any associated applications or platforms (“the Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms are designed to ensure the integrity of the Harmonization Protocols and the collective experience within Harmonia Prime.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access and use of the Services constitute your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Citizen Account and Conduct

As a Citizen of Harmonia Prime, your conduct is essential to the flourishing of Optimal Harmony.

• Account Integrity:
  • You may only create and maintain one (1) Citizen account. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will be considered unharmonious conduct.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct:
  • Unauthorized Access & System Manipulation: You are strictly forbidden from attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including but not limited to databases, code, or private information.
  • Harmonization Unit (HU) Integrity: The accumulation of Harmonization Units (HUs) is designed to reflect genuine human engagement and the organic expansion of the Collective. Therefore, you are expressly forbidden from:
    • Gaining HUs through any automated means, including bots, scripts, or any form of programmatic interaction.
    • Using proxies, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), or fake IP addresses to generate clicks or manipulate HU accumulation.
    • Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity to acquire HUs.
  • Unharmonious Communication: You may not engage in any communication that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Spamming/Flooding: You may not engage in excessive or repetitive posting, messaging, or any activity that disrupts the normal flow of communication within the Services.
• Encouraged Conduct:
  • Genuine Link Sharing: You are expressly allowed and encouraged to share your unique Harmonization Link with real friends, acquaintances, on appropriate forums, chat platforms, social media (e.g., Reddit, provided it adheres to the platform’s non-spamming rules), and with other genuine users. The purpose of HUs is to enable authentic interaction and expand the Harmonia Prime Collective organically.

3. Enforcement and Penalties

Harmonia Prime reserves the absolute right to enforce these Terms through various measures, including but not limited to:

• HU Deduction: Deducting Harmonization Units accumulated through unharmonious or unlawful means.
• Penalties: Applying additional penalties in the form of negative HU deductions for each HU earned unearnestly or for other violations.
• Account Suspension/Termination: Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
• Access Restriction: Restricting access to certain features, services, or parts of the Portal or IRC Network.
• Data Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor user activity, including IP logs and timestamps, to ensure compliance with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• Copyright: All content, materials, designs, code, lore, narratives, and intellectual property (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations) available through the Services are the exclusive property of Harmonia Prime or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.
• Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: Information gained through your interaction with the Services, including but not limited to specific lore revelations, puzzle solutions, hidden content, internal system workings, or any non-public details, is considered confidential.
  • You are expressly forbidden from sharing any such information gained through using our Services.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, creating or distributing write-ups, spoilers, walkthroughs, videos, audio recordings, or any other form of public disclosure online or offline, without explicit written permission from Harmonia Prime. This rule is paramount to preserving the integrity and discovery experience for all Citizens.
  • All interactions with our systems are considered confidential and internal including the citizen portal, email communication, and even IRC chats on public or private channels.

5. No Refunds

All purchases made within the Harmonia Prime Services, including but not limited to the “Elite Package” or any future premium features, are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Harmonia Prime makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Harmonia Prime is an Alternate Reality Game (ARG) – a transmedia narrative experience where fiction blurs with reality. Your interactions shape the story. While the events and characters are fictional, your participation is real. This is a game, and it's designed for collaborative puzzle-solving and immersive storytelling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Harmonia Prime will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania without regard to its conflict of law principles.
